Hi, I’m Radhika Sundar..

I started a fractional CFO practice because I kept seeing the same thing: smart, capable founders running great businesses -- and flying blind financially. Not because they didn’t care, but because they’d never had a true financial partner in their corner.

Before going out on my own, I spent years in finance and internal audit at companies like Visa and Deloitte. I’ve seen what strong financial infrastructure looks like at scale, and how to bring that same clarity and rigor to a $2M–$10M service business.

Today, I work exclusively with founders of agencies, consultancies, and managed service providers. That focus is intentional. These businesses have real complexity: project economics, utilization, recurring revenue, and cash flow timing. And they deserve a CFO who understands how it all connects.

I keep my client roster intentionally small so every engagement gets my full attention. I show up as a thinking partner, helping you align your team, make confident decisions, and turn your numbers into a clear path forward.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m home in Foster City with my husband and our identical twin daughters, which, honestly, has made me very good at juggling competing priorities.
